Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery details, including your full name, phone number, and address. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and offer a suitable alternative or a cancellation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
All payments must be made in cash at the time of delivery. We do not accept card, bank transfer, or online payments. If payment is not provided upon delivery, the order may be canceled.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been prepared or dispatched. Approval of cancellation requests is at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
