Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next working day.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most serviceable areas. If your location is outside our delivery range, we will notify you after order placement to discuss available options or issue a cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Missed Delivery Attempts
Our courier team will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned. Re-delivery may require additional charges.
