Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
The item must not be damaged, altered, or marked final sale at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Return Review and Approval
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be approved. Items that do not meet the conditions will not be refunded or returned again.
Refund Method and Timeline
All approved refunds are issued in cash only. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. We do not offer refunds via bank, card, or digital wallet.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a reliable courier for tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items used, worn, or washed
Products missing original tags or packaging
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Items labeled as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
